Festoon Systems

Woodhead's Festoon Systems provide a simple, inexpensive method of handling cables and hoses, but have special space requirements which must be considered to select the proper system. The height of the system is determined by the loop depth and the required working travel. A system with a greater depth will require fewer cars and less storage than a system with a shorter loop depth.

Wire Rope

    Light-duty system for smaller cables or hose. Easy-to-install; requires only two end supports. Capacity of up to 9 lbs./carrier, 70 ft. of travel.

Box Track

    Supports cable loads of up to 88 lbs./carrier at speeds up to 250 fpm. Options are available to meet environmental and budget considerations.

I-Beam

    Smooth handling of heavy cable loads at high speeds. Excellent long-term solution.
